AI anxiety is rational. People are watching companies talk about transformation while quietly wondering whether transformation means them being erased.
Leaders need to be honest without being alarmist. That means saying what AI can do, what it cannot do, how it will be used, where people still matter, and how teams will be trained instead of surprised.
The organizations that handle this well will not be the ones with the loudest AI announcements. They will be the ones that make people feel included in the change.
