Human-centered AI is not a slogan. It is a design constraint. The system has to make sense to the people using it. It has to respect the work, the risk, the audience, and the judgment humans still bring.

I am interested in AI that helps people do better work, not AI that turns every job into prompt babysitting. The best systems disappear into the workflow and make the human feel more capable, not less relevant.

That is the kind of AI future worth building.
